Governance & Transparency: The MVP3 Foundation is a Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To ensure integrity for state grants and supplemental funding, we maintain the following standards:Headquarters & Expansion:Headquartered in TN, we serve communities through extensions in Mississippi, Illinois, and are expanding into additional states.
Legal Independence:
Legal Independence: We are an independent nonprofit. We use the MVP3 trademark under license but maintain separate governance, boards, and accounting from all other entities.
Fiscal Oversight
Fiscal Oversight: All state-specific fund accounting is managed by our CFO, Will Scott (The Money Spartans Financial Group). We guarantee that 100% of state-allocated funds stay within the state that awarded them.
We are an independent 501(c)(3)) supporting though the brand of MVP3 and licensed trademark. MVP3 Foundation is a separate nonprofit with our own mission and governed by our own board of directors. Not to be mistaken for joining governance and accounting with the other trademarked name entitles or with other organizations that we help.
